To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Step 1: Initiate a Return
Check that your item is eligible for return (unused, in original condition, and within the 14-days return window). To start a return, please email us at contact@watchxchange.co.uk
Step 2: Repackage the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals and tags.
Leave a note inside with your order number.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Send the package using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Ship it to the return address provided.
Keep your shipping receipt for reference.
Step 4: Wait for Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days for us to inspect and process it.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s processed.
Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
